American Academy of Sleep MedicineWhidbey Island Sleep Center is accredited by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine. Our staff members are trained to diagnose and treat sleep problems by studying and evaluating sleep patterns.

Dr. Jak Nikomoborirak, the center's director, is board certified by the American Board of Sleep Medicine. He is also board certified in internal and pulmonary medicine. Lynda Reidling, Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner, provides comprehensive evaluation and treatment of sleep disorders.

If you are having trouble sleeping, try these tips for better sleep. If you experience daytime sleepiness, the Epworth Sleepiness Scale may help determine if you should consult a sleep specialist.

8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Closed for lunch noon to 1 p.m.

Sleep Lab Hours
We perform sleep studies seven days a week.
