Join Katherine Riddle, registered respiratory therapist with Whidbey General, for a conversation about childhood asthma. This free program will be held Tuesday, April 30, at the Freeland Library.

Topics addressed during this class will include:

      • Signs and symptoms of asthma
      • Asthma triggers
      • Medications
      • Sports and asthma
      • How to use a peak flow meter

You will receive an asthma action plan to help determine next steps in addressing your child's asthma.
