Payment Policy

The portion of your bill not covered by insurance is due, in full, within 30 days after your insurance company has paid their portion of the bill.

If you are unable to pay the balance within 30 days, the following options are available:

    • We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards.
    • We offer short-term, interest-free financing for four equal monthly payments with the balance paid in full within 120 days (4 months).
    • We have financial counseling available if you need assistance.
