Participants who attend all four classes will receive a voucher good for a free, two-week supply of nicotine replacement patches or nicotine replacement gum.
Topics will include
- Understanding tobacco addiction
- The health risks of tobacco
- Tools for quitting
- How to stay tobacco-free
